PNP rules out holiday truce

THE Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Monday it is 'not inclined' to recommend a Suspension on Police Operations (SOPO) against communist insurgents this holiday season, despite the death of Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) Founding Chairman Jose Ma. 'Joma' Sison.
