First of 2 parts

IN this Yuletide season, I want to share a health program that is making a remarkable difference in the lives of many children with clubfoot in several countries, including the Philippines. (PNGOC) executive director who sadly passed away last April. She said her organization created the Philippine National Clubfoot Program (PNCP) in partnership with MiracleFeet, the largest nongovernment entity in the United States that supports many low- and middle-income countries (LMIC)s in the treatment of children with congenital clubfoot or talipes equinovarus, a common inborn deformity among children.
