REP. Alan Ecleo of the lone district of Dinagat Islands believes it would take a long time for the island to fully recover from Category 5 Typhoon "Odette's" damage last year.
"While both the local and national governments have done so much in the past year, we still have a long way to go before fully recovering from the second costliest typhoon in the history of the Philippines," Ecleo said.
