Angelina Jolie leaves role as envoy of UN refugee agency

UNITED NATIONS: Angelina Jolie and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) are parting ways after more than two decades.

In a joint statement on Friday, the United States actor and the refugee agency announced she was 'moving on' from her role as its special envoy 'to engage on a broader set of humanitarian and human rights issues.'
