PRESIDENT Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. asked for the continued backing of his ardent supporters after a successful campaign, and the country now facing multiple challenges.

'Ngayon, ang pinaglalaban natin ay hindi kandidato, hindi partido, hindi para sa eleksyon pero 'yung ating mga kailangang gawin para sa mga problemang hinaharap ninyo, natin lahat, ng buong Pilipinas,' ('Now, what we are fighting for is not a candidate, not a party, not for the election but what we need to do for the problems you, all of us, the entire Philippines are facing,') President Marcos said in his message during a meeting with his supporters in Malacañang.
