BULACAN Gov. Daniel Fernando said now is the time to invest in the province as he encouraged those in the business sector to help each other to attract investors.

'With all the major development plans and business opportunities in our province, I can also proudly say that the time to invest in the province of Bulacan is now. Let's join hands in making Bulacan the center of economic development in our country,' Fernando said in his message to Bulakenyo business owners, entrepreneurs and stakeholders who attended the First BCCI Governor's Ball at the Grand Hyatt Manila, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, on Tuesday, December 13.
