LGU, Namfrel getting ready for Baliwag cityhood plebiscite

THE local government unit (LGU) and the National Citizens' Movement for Free Elections (Namfrel) are all set for the December 17 plebiscite for the conversion of Baliwag town into a component city.

Namfrel is the accredited citizens' arm of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for the Baliwag plebiscite.
