(UPDATE) PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. wants the poverty level in rural areas slashed, National Irrigation Administration (NIA) acting administrator Eduardo Guillen said.
During the Laging Handa briefing, Guillen said that he talked with officials and employees of the NIA and urged them to set aside their differences following the division caused by the filing of a case against former NIA administrator Benny Antiporda.
