A tale of two SM scholars

IN one of his classes at the University of the East, Prof. Francis Gubangco asked about the enrollment of Gabriel Ignacio as his name was not on the official class list. Ignacio answered that SM Foundation was still processing his enrollment since he was a transferee.

Gubangco, who finished Electronics and Communications Engineering, was pleasantly surprised to meet someone with whom he shared a common bond — that of being an SM scholar.
