Mechanical climber to benefit millions of coco farmers

A PROFESSOR from the University of Southeastern Philippines is confident that the mechanical coconut climber his group developed will benefit millions of coconut farmers in the country.

In an interview with The Manila Times, professor Ryan Abenoja of University of Southeastern Philippines said his group that developed the mechanical coconut climber is now swamped with orders as the innovation is really a big help to the industry.
