AN official of the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) on Tuesday said that the retail price of raw and washed sugar "surprisingly" went up by P20 per kilo, which now sell at P90 per kilo.
SRA Board Member and Planters' Representative Pablo Luis Azcona told The Manila Times that the retail prices of raw and washed sugar are almost the same with that of refined sugar.
