THE Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and Philippine Crop Insurance Corp. (PCIC) released P2.3 million to indemnify farmers from Cotabato affected by typhoons and rat infestation.
Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado Estrella 3rd turned over a check worth P2 million to 483 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) of Alamada, Kidapawan City and P272,904 to 53 ARBs of Carmen, Kidapawan City.
