Marcos pushes all-out support for seamen

(UPDATE) BRUSSELS: President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. put on notice government agencies concerned with the training, certification and deployment of Filipino seafarers to prevent at least 50,000 of them employed by Europe-based shipping companies from losing their jobs.
