Guanzon asks DoJ to review cyberlibel raps vs Youth chairman

FORMER Commission on Elections (Comelec) commissioner Rowena Guanzon filed on Tuesday a petition for review before the the Department of Justice (DoJ) on the decision of the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office to dismiss her cyber libel and unjust vexation charges against National Youth Commission chairman Ronald Cardema.

The charges were dismissed by the Quezon City prosecutor's office in a resolution issued on September 12 for lack of probable cause.
