Time to visit Vigan

VIGAN City in Ilocos Sur is one of the more popular destinations north of Metro Manila. It is about 400 kilometers away from the metro, needing 5 to 6 hours of driving to reach.

A Unesco World Heritage Center, Vigan offers a lot of interesting places to stroll and visit, and Fast Times presents the first six for the first part of this two-part installment.
