FILIPINO boxing legend Manny Pacquiao steps on the ring one more time as he faces South Korean martial artist DK Yoo in a boxing exhibition match on Sunday at the Korea International Exhibition Center in Goyang, South Korea.
Pacquiao, 42, has already retired from professional boxing following his unanimous decision loss to Yordenis Ugas in August 2021.He finished his career with 62 wins, eight losses and two draws. The decision to fight once more is not to put more money in Pacquiao's bank account as 'Pacman' said that he will use the earnings from his bout against Yoo to build homes for the less fortunate in the Philippines.Parts of the profit of the fight will be used to rehabilitate the devastated areas in Ukraine and help people affected in the Ukraine-Russia war as well. While Pacquiao is favorite to win, Yoo does pose a problem for the 5-foot-6 Filipino champ, with him being 4 inches taller and having a home court advantage.Yoo, 42, previously competed in a nonscoring exhibition bout against mixed martial arts fighter, Bradley Scott.
