MCU continues as creative institution amid challenges

THE Manila Central University (MCU), formerly known as the Escuela de Farmacia del Liceo de Manila, is the first school of Pharmacy run by Filipinos that was established in 1904 by Atty. Filemon Dionisio Tanchoco, the first president of MCU.

He was a visionary leader and nationalist who believed in education as the gateway to a good prosperous life.
