TO ensure that pyrotechnic consumers will have a safe New Year celebration and to avoid having fireworks-related mishaps, the Bulacan Pyrotechnic Regulatory Board (PRB) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) inspected fireworks stores in Bocaue, Bulacan on Thursday, December 8.
The inspection of pyrotechnic stalls was spearheaded by PRB chairman Gov. Daniel Fernando and PNP chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr.
