National Grid Corporation of the Philippines's (NGCP) bid to defer a rate reset has been rejected by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).
In a statement on Friday, the ERC said public consultations would have to be staged and that the NGCP — responsible for running the country's power grid — would also have to explain its interpretation of recently-issued rate-resetting rules.
