THE fate of a memorandum of agreement (MoA) between the government and the Masungi Georeserve Foundation hangs because the Department of Environment and Natural Resources is still waiting for results of a separate investigation to be conducted by the Senate and the House of Representatives, according to DENR Secretary Maria Antonia Yulo-Loyzaga.
We are looking forward very much to the hearings in the Senate and in Congress because there are details on the history of these areas that really need to be shared, Yulo-Loyzaga said.
