Students showcase talent in 'Heneral Tuna' fan art contest

IN celebration of Filipino Values Month, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) held an art contest based on its animated series, 'Heneral Tuna.'

It was one of the many activities included in the NCCA's Filipino Values Festival, held to usher in Filipino Values Month, celebrated every November to promote Filipino values in daily life.
