THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued a cease-and-desist order (CDO) against Immensity Technology Inc. for selling securities and investments without having the proper securities and licenses to solicit them.
The SEC found out that Immensity Technology Inc. is maintaining and operating a mobile application called Saga AI which can be downloaded from the app store, which can capture and provide information on the real-time prevailing currency price difference between major exchanges that will enable traders to make a quick profit.
