Coconut climber tops agri fest

THE pioneer of the mechanical coconut climber won the best in the Agri-Aqua Innovation Fest of the Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DoST-Pcaarrd) held recently at Acacia Hotel, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
