SC tackles ousted governor's appeal

LEGAZPI CITY: The Supreme Court en banc finally tackled the petition of ousted Albay Gov. Noel Rosal and directed the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to comment on the ousted governor's appeal.

The high court also directed Joseph San Juan Armogila to submit his comment regarding Rosal's petition for a status quo.
