GENERAL TRIAS CITY, Cavite: Twelve persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) at the General Trias City Jail shall be reunited with their families this Christmas as free citizens with the help of the Light of Hope "Parol para sa Kalayaan" program of the city government and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) here.
The project was spearheaded by the inmates and jail officials, who made the Christmas lanterns that will be distributed in the different villages and subdivisions in the city.
