Negros Occidental, Bacolod receive awards

BACOLOD CITY: Negros Occidental reaped major regional recognition at the 2022 Excellence in Local Governance Awards held in Iloilo City on Monday, Dec. 5, 2022.

The provincial government of Negros Occidental bagged the top award in the Excellence in Environmental Governance and earned trophies in six other categories at the Excell Awards.
