Former NPA rebel surrenders in Bulacan

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO SANTOS, City of Malolos: A former member of the New People's Army (NPA) surrendered to the police in San Rafael, Bulacan on Monday, Dec. 5, 2022.

Bulacan Police Provincial Office director Col. Relly Arnedo identified the surrenderer as alias Ka Biboy, 35, a construction worker and former medic officer of the communist rebel group operating in Nueva Ecija and Aurora.
