Marcos eyes stronger ties with Lao PDR

PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. wants to strengthen ties with the Lao People's Democratic Republic, particularly on agriculture.

The Chief Executive met with Laos' new envoy to the Philippines, Ambassador Sonexay Vannaxay, who paid a courtesy visit to the Palace last Monday to present his credentials.
