BEIJING: China has announced improved fund management rules for panda bond issuances as part of efforts to promote the increased opening-up of its bond market.

The People's Bank of China and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange jointly released the new regulations, set to take effect on Jan. 1, 2023, to facilitate the financing of overseas institutions in the East Asian country's bond market.
