THE Department of Science and Technology (DoST) in Central Luzon turned over a mobile command and control vehicle (Moccov) to the provincial government of Bulacan on Friday, December 2, at Clark Airbase, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

DoST Regional Director Dr. Julius Caesar Sicat formally handed over the Moccov unit to Bulacan Vice Gov. Alexis Castro at the turnover ceremony held during the celebration of the 2022 National and Technology Week in Central Luzon under the theme 'Agham at Teknolohiya: Kabalikat sa Maunlad at Matatag na Kinabukasan.'
