PHILIPPINE fishery production in the third quarter of this year inched up by 0.4 percent to 1.003 million metric tons (MT) from the 998,930 MT logged in the same period last year, according to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
"Minimal increases in production during the quarter were traced from aquaculture, commercial and marine municipal fisheries, while inland municipal fisheries reported a drop in production," the PSA said in its Fisheries Situation Report July to September 2022.
