RETIREMENT today is different from that of our parents. Our children's retirement will also not be the same as ours. Retirement used to be defined by rest and relaxation. Many retirees of old shifted to a more passive lifestyle to smell the roses. On the other hand, today's retirees are expected to live longer and are excited to begin a new chapter. Their retirement is defined by activity and new adventures. We can only imagine what it will be like for our children. With the continuing advancements in technology and medical science, they will have a vastly different lifestyle and experience when they retire.
