THE Senate and the House of Representatives ratified on Monday the bicameral conference committee report on the proposed P5.268 trillion budget for 2023.
Senators Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel 3rd and Ana Theresia "Risa" Hontiveros voted "no" as they questioned the restoration of the P150-million confidential fund to the Department of Education (DepEd).
