GLOBAL real estate management firm Colliers sees many registered business enterprises (RBEs), especially business process outsourcing (BPO) firms, expanding their office footprint outside Metro Manila and taking advantage of work-from-home (WFH) setups as these will not have any adverse impact on their tax incentives.
According to Colliers Market Analyst Tricia Pacete, data from their Philippine Property Market Briefing for the third quarter of this year showed that there was a significant increase in provincial office transactions quarter on quarter.
