THE Filipinas Institute for the Advancement of Arts and Culture Inc. (FilArts), a nonstock, nonprofit organization established by Filipino artists primarily to promote Philippine arts and culture, in collaboration with the Province of Ilocos Norte brings to the public 'Panagyaman, the 1st Ilocos Art Festival.'

The event kicked off on Dec. 2, 2022 at the Arte Luna Gallery in Paoay, Ilocos Norte and promises spectacular and fun-filled activities all throughout, with the opening of the art exhibition, live musical performances, fashion show, and loads of food trucks and carts to satisfy the gustatory delight.
