CHINESE President Xi Jinping last Monday noted the high level of bilateral ties during his meeting with visiting Mongolian leader Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, saying Beijing stood ready to work with Ulaanbaatar to advance their comprehensive strategic partnership amid rising global instability and uncertainty.
The two leaders previously met in September on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) leaders' summit in the city of Samarkand in southeastern Uzbekistan.
