Policeman accidentally fires service rifle

CALAMBA CITY: A police officer accidentally fired his service firearm while preparing for an inspection inside the headquarters at Camp Vicente Lim on Thursday morning.

According to a report by the Calabarzon Regional Police, SSg. Joel Ramos was preparing his service firearm, a Galil rifle, for a routine inspection by the personnel of the Regional Supply Accountable Officer when it suddenly discharged while removing the bullet.
