TARLAC: To put an end to gender discrimination, the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) partnered with Tarlac State University (TSU) and staged a dialogue to elevate awareness on sexual orientation, gender identity and expression (Sogie), and gender fair media language.

The first leg of the Kilos Kabataan Kontra Diskriminasyon virtual forum, which the TSU hosted, advocated for the rights of women and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual (LGBTQIA+), who experience prejudice in society.
