BAGUIO CITY: It's all systems go for the return of the regular flights to and from the Loakan Airport here, with the flag carrier, Philippine Airlines (PAL), set to open a new route between Baguio City and Cebu City starting December 16.
PAL president Rabbi Vincent Ang said that the Baguio-Cebu route will initially start with four flights per week.
