Ride sharing app ordered to explain overcharging complaints

THE Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has issued a show cause order against Grab Philippines to explain complaints that they overcharge their passengers.

LTFRB Executive Director Robert Peig said on Friday that the board issued the show cause order after it received complaints from the public.
