Business owner wanted for Ponzi scheme

ZAMBOANGA CITY: Authorities are searching for a man accused of scamming local investors into putting money in his company Silverlion Livestock Trading Corp. in Zamboanga City and not fulfilling the promised returns.

The company, although duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a trading firm, has lured a still undetermined number of people to invest with Silverlion Corp. being run by Ryan Cagod Ladoing, the 36-year-old president and CEO, in exchange for a huge profit or interests.
