DoH launches new medium-term AIDS plan

THE Department of Health (DoH) launched the 7th AIDS Medium Term Plan in line with the celebration of World Aids Day, which calls for equitable access to services for persons living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus or HIV, as well as full protection of human rights.

This comes as the country continues to experience an increase in the number of HIV cases with 1,383 reported in the country as of October 2022 and with 65 fatalities reported.
