CSU holds first offshore graduation in US

THE Cagayan State University (CSU) has conducted its first-ever graduation rites in the United States of America (USA).

In a social media post, CSU President Urdujah Alvarado said CSU conducted its first Offshore Academic Convocation at Greenbelt in the State of Maryland, USA.
