Ateneo clinches top spot, sets up La Salle-Adamson playoff for last F4 berth

Ateneo de Manila University held off Adamson University, 66-61, to clinch the top spot of the standings on Wednesday in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 85 men's basketball tournament at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

In the process, the Blue Eagles, who finished the eliminations with an 11-3 slate, set up an Adamson - De La Salle University playoff for the last Final Four berth on Sunday.
