THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) will resume overseas and local voter registration, including the pilot testing of its "register anywhere: project" (RAP) in selected malls in Metro Manila.

Comelec spokesman John Rex Laudiangco on Wednesday said the overseas voter registration would resume on December 9 in all 92 Philippine posts around the world, including the Manila Economic Cultural Office in Taiwan, while embassies and consular offices that operate from Sunday to Thursday would start on December 11.
