THE Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said that it was now studying a phone video that it obtained where it showed two suspected policemen and a missing "sabungero"outside a cockfighting arena in Santa Cruz, Laguna.
BGen.Ronald Lee, CIDG chief, said the video was taken on April 28, 2021.
