TUGUEGARAO CITY: The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) has launched its 16th "Padday na Lima" Regional Trade and Investment Fair in support of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) products in the region.
Officially opened on Friday, November 25, at Robinsons Place Tuguegarao, this year's Padday na Lima (Ibanag word for "made by hands") is tagged as the first-ever all-in-one edition of this annual celebration bringing holiday cheer and vibes.
