UE nips La Salle, ends campaign with a win

University of the East (UE) ended its University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 85 men's basketball campaign with an 80-72 overtime escape from De La Salle University (DLSU) on Saturday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Rookie guard Rey Remogat unleashed a career-best 24 points laced with four rebounds and three assists to lead the Red Warriors, who finished their season with a 5-win and 9-loss record.
