Bulacan properties to increase in overall value

GLOBAL real estate management firm Colliers informed developers that they should actively align their future residential developments in Bulacan with the upcoming completion of various infrastructures in the area as these have the potential to raise land values and property prices.

According to research associate director Joey Bondoc, the firm saw an increased interest for residential units in the province.
