CA panel approves Bersamin appointment as executive secretary

EXECUTIVE Secretary Lucas Bersamin hurdled the last obstacle to his confirmation as the so-called 'little president' after a Commission on Appointments (CA) panel approved his designation.

Bersamin on Wednesday faced the CA for the deliberation of his ad interim appointment as executive secretary. The panel has recommended to the plenary the final approval of his confirmation.
